Responsibilities:

• Schedule service calls and manage the calendar for HVAC technicians.
• Coordinate maintenance tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Order equipment and supplies for HVAC jobs.
• Keep detailed records of service calls and completed work.
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and follow-ups.
• Maintain records of service calls and completed work.
• Assist with invoicing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in office administration, preferably in the HVAC industry
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

We are seeking skilled and motivated HVAC Technicians with 2+ years of experience to join our dynamic crew. If you have expertise in HVAC systems, equipment repair, and mechanical knowledge, and are passionate about maintaining and repairing HVAC systems, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, chillers, and boilers
• Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions
• Install new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
• Follow schematics and blueprints to ensure proper system installation
• Perform property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems, chillers, and boilers
• Provide field service support as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HVAC maintenance and repair (2+ years)
• Experience in chillers and boilers
• Strong mechanical knowledge
• Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus
• Ability to operate as a van driver for service calls
• Experience in equipment repair and troubleshooting
• Certification in HVAC or related fields is preferred

Job Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance
• Familiarity with residential and commercial HVAC equipment and systems
• Understanding of HVAC electrical components and troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues efficiently and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Certification Requirements:

• EPA-608 (Environmental Protection Agency) certification for handling refrigerants is required
