Amazing company, from the repair to the booking process! They came in and tested my unit. They didn't just jump to make a visual diagnosis, they did the work and I appreciate them getting the air back running! It's been a hot summer. Now I can finally sleep in my own bed again, without melting.

This company went over and beyond to make sure I was happy and showed up to our home right away to service to make sure I had air for my home. I couldn't be happier with a company! Great company, great quality!

Could not be happier with our experience. We called and within the hour they were at our house. Clinton was the person that came to help us and was very professional and knowledgeable and walked me through the whole situation to make sure I understood what was happening. Now I'm sitting in the nice cool air enjoying life, we will definitely recommend them to EVERYONE that will listen and if we ever need AC help again we will definitely call these guys. Excellent service, very quick to answer the phone and get you scheduled to be taken care of. I had Clinton at my house within the hour, and he even took his time to explain to me what was wrong and why it was happening. He then had to leave due to frozen coils, however did not leave me hanging. He was back two hours later and continued to diagnose and troubleshoot the system. He was able to determine the problem, resolve it and now I'm sitting here in a nice cool house again. Thank you Clinton, and thank you Loumis, you've definitely earned a lifelong customer!

I could not be more pleased with their service. Unlike the others who did respond to me, but were only interested in selling me a new unit instead of just Servicing my unit. I would recommend Loumis Air to anyone.
