A modern cold storage facility designed to support food distribution and logistics across the Gulf South. It features advanced blast-freezing technology and multi-temperature warehousing for

large-scale operations.

LOUMIS Air Scope of Work:

Installed a complete HVAC systems for the office and warehouse portion of this facility. This included installing 3 rooftop units with ductwork, as well as a mini split system for the guard  shack.

This state-of-the-art cold storage facility was developed to strengthen the logistics and distribution infrastructure in St. Tammany Parish. Strategically located near the nexus of Interstates 10, 12, and 59, the project provides advanced automated storage capabilities for temperature-sensitive goods. The facility includes blast-freezing technology, multi-temperature warehousing, and import/export capabilities to support food processors and manufacturers throughout the Southeast. Agile Cold Storage expects to transport approximately 100 containers of food shipments weekly to the Port of New Orleans for global distribution. The project created over 100 new jobs and positions Pearl River as a key hub for supply chain operations in the Gulf South.
