Installed full HVAC systems for climate control, including rooftop units and ductwork across multiple floors.

This five-story steel and masonry structure was developed to meet growing demand for self-storage in the Gentilly neighborhood. The facility includes 855 climate-controlled units, a covered loading dock, two service elevators, and advanced security systems with CCTV and card access. The design features a decorative façade and efficient layout for urban conditions, overcoming zero-lot-line constraints through innovative tilt-up panel engineering
