Renovation of the DA’s office to provide modern workspaces and secure archival storage.

LOUMIS Air Scope of Work:

Installed new HVAC systems, ductwork, and air handlers for office and meeting spaces.

This project transformed a series of temporary facilities into a state-of-the-art office for the 25th Judicial District Attorney. Work included new plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems, flooring, roofing, millwork, cabinets, fire alarm and sprinkler systems. The building now provides modern trial preparation spaces, multimedia technology, and climate-controlled archival storage for critical case files.
